Nuna Luz offers Childbirth Education classes designed to enhance your understanding of physiologic birth while delving into the Quantum Model of Care. Enrolling in a class is an excellent way to reduce fear and empower yourself with knowledge about your body and the transformative experience of childbirth. We need to understand and have access to our own bodies!
Divine Intelligence of Pregnancy
These classes are tailored by you to investigate the physiology of birth, allowing you to specify what topics you wish to explore further. We also integrate the Quantum Models of care, which examine the deep process of bringing life into the world. This method is grounded in the traditional framework of natural women's health, harnessing the body's innate wisdom and intelligence.
We offer in-person classes in New Jersey, within a 100-mile radius of Passaic County. Virtual classes are also an option. Each class lasts for about 3 hours, depending on the topic. We provide both individual and group sessions, with rates varying depending on group size and location.
