My support is offered in two tiers so you can select the level of care that best matches your needs and your season of life. Each tier includes continuous, attuned birthkeeping — the difference is the depth of preparation and education woven in. Choose the one that feels honest and right for you; there is no application, no proof required, only your own discernment.
Tier 1: Supported Rate
$2,100
For families who need financial consideration due to limited income or unexpected life circumstances. Funded in part by those who can pay higher rates. I would love to connect and learn more about your vision for your birth experience and journey.

- ◆3 prenatal visits (used for education and emotional and energetic check-ins)
- ◆Advocacy, education and support based on the client's birth plan preferences
- ◆Guidance and companionship during labor and birth
- ◆Guidance and companionship during the first 2 hours postpartum
- ◆1 postpartum visit at home lasting 1½ hours (you choose how you would like to be supported: abdominal massage, moxa session, sitz bath, vaginal steam, Closing of the Bones session, breastfeeding support, emotional support, house support, nutritional support)
- ◆Continuous phone/text/email contact as of 36 weeks gestation
Tier 2: Community Care Rate
$2,500
For families with financial abundance who wish to invest in the sustainability of Birthkeeping and help offset reduced rates for others. This is a way to pay it forward for families in need.

- ◆Guidance/education on natural remedies, comfort measures, holistic and traditional practices
- ◆3 prenatal visits (used for education and emotional and energetic check-ins)
- ◆Advocacy, education and support based on the client's birth plan preferences
- ◆3 classes on the Fourth Trimester/Postpartum: nutrition, restoring your health/healing, bonding with baby and breastfeeding
- ◆Guidance and companionship during labor and birth
- ◆Guidance and companionship during the first 2 hours postpartum
- ◆1 postpartum visit at home lasting 1½ hours (you choose how you would like to be supported: abdominal massage, moxa session, sitz bath, vaginal steam, Closing of the Bones session, breastfeeding support, emotional support, house support, nutritional support)
